583,433. Prepayment mechanism for meters. METERS, Ltd., and MAHER, D. Oct. 26, 1944, No. 20878. [Class 27] Indicators. - The credit indicator disc c of a prepayment meter has a slot c' therein which, when the maximum permissible prepayment has been made, comes over the end f<1> of a pivoted stop lever f. The lever then rocks so that its opposite end f<2> obstructs movement of the rotary coin pocket a in a direction to effect prepayment. Movement of the pocket in the reverse direction to the coin receiving position is, however, possible.
