[Class 39 (i)] [Also in Group XXII] Grids for electron discharge devices comprise a thin section cut transversely from an assembly of tubes or helices 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 either alone or in a containing tube 10. The helices &c. are of tungsten or molybdenum coated with platinum or zirconium. The tube 10 is similarly coated internally and the coating fuses on heating to hold the parts in assembled relation.
