[Class 64 (i)] [Also in Group XXIX] In a gas-fired geyser in which the gas valve is self closing and is controlled by a diaphragm or piston subject to the differential pressures at the mouth and throat of a venturi passage in the water conduit, the venturi is incorporated in a temperature selector valve constituting an adjustable by-pass to the venturi. The invention is described with reference to the apparatus described in Specification 576,666.
