576,013. Chimney flues and tops. THACKER, H. L. May 2, 1944, No. 8241. [Class 25] Chimney flues are provided with a lining of cylindrical pipes extending from the fireplace to the chimney stack, the lowest section, made of metal, being flared. The lining comprises drainpipe sections 10 mortared together within the usual square section chimney and the lower sections, including the flared bottom section 15 may be of metal. The terminal member 17 is provided with a flange 18 and is built into the brickwork.
