[Class 61 (i)] A handle a is secured in the socket hole of a brush head d by means of a metal sleeve b fixed on the handle end by a screw and threaded externally to engage an internallythreaded socket c having a pair of lugs secured by screws to the brush head, the end of the sleeve b carrying a wood screw e which passes through a hole in the end of the socket c and screws into the wood at the base of the brush head socket hole.
