Abstract

572,451. Gulleys. HARTLEY, C. J. Nov. 25, 1943, No. 19687. [Class 107] [Also in Group XXV] A gulley frame 12 is provided with inwardly projecting .lugs 13 near two adjacent corners, the cover 10 having, in two adjacent corners bosses 11 with undercut parallel-sided recesses 15 which house and pivot roundthe lugs 13 of the frame 12. The recesses are so designed that the cover 10 can be disengaged only in the raised position. Curved pads or seats 14 at the aforesaid adjacent corners of the frame 12 support the bosses 11 of the cover 10. Specifications 390,806, 474,250. and 521,309 are referred to.
