557,406. Suction gas producers. FRY, G. F. July 15, 1942, No. 9825. [Class 51 (i)] The air inlet pipe of a suction gas producer is fitted with a choke presenting an invariable passage for the flow of air to the producer. As shown in Fig. 1, the choke consists of a bush d provided with a tapering passage and secured between a boss a, which is bolted to the air inlet pipe, and a shoulder bl on the tubular casing b to which is secured a flared bell c.
