554,038. Control of two AC motors. TRYTHALL, W. C. Nov. 13, 1941, No. 14641. Drawings to Specification. [Class 38 (iii)] A machine tool &c. is driven at any one of a number of speeds by two pole changing A.C. induction motors, the shafts of which drive the load through differential gearing. Each motor has two windings so as to give four speeds, and the load runs at the average speed of the two motors. Specification 339,915, [Class 38 (iii)], is referred to.
