[Classes 8 (i) and 102 (ii)] Liquid or gas to be discharged is filled into a flexible container 6 surrounded by an outer vessel having a rubber or like internal wall 8 which is putinto tension by pressure fluid, e.g. water from a main, supplied through an inlet 9, and which returns by its own resilience exerting pressure on the container 6 through the surrounding pressure fluid, when the outlet of this container is opened for dischargeof its fluid.
