[Class 123 (ii)] Water is forced by a pump 6 through tubes 3 around a furnace chamber 5 into a steam and water drum 1 and then through groups of looped tubes 4 extending from a side of the drum, which is provided with deflectors or headers 10, 11, 12 directing the water through the tube groups in series flow.
