519,569. Concretes and mortars. DICKESON, T. W. June 20, 1938, No. 18292. Class 22] Cement or lime is mixed with an emulsion, prepared by the use of a gelatinous hydroxide or oxide, such as those of aluminium, iron, copper or zinc, of oils, fats, waxes, bitumen ; asphalt, tar, creosote or natural or artificial resins. Ground rubble, sand, asbestos, wood flour or leather dust may be added. Specification 487,855 is referred to. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 5402/11, [Class 22].
