515,273. Heating aircraft. DELANEY, C. T., and GALLAY, Ltd. May 28, 1938, No. 15952. [Class 64 (ii)] In apparatus for heating the cabin of an aircraft by means of the exhaust gases from the engine, the flow of the heating gases, which are taken through a'branch from the exhaust pipe, is controlled by the difference between the pressure at the outlet of the branch, which is placed at the upper front portion of the wing or cowling, and the pressure at the outlet. of the main exhaust pipe, which is placed at another part of the aircraft. The difference in pressure may actuate a valve controlling the flow of the gases through the branch.
