Abstract

513,539. Drying pottery &c. BOULTON, Ltd., W., and BREEZE, E. M. April 12, 1938, No. 11135. [Class 34 (ii)] Drying stoves for pottery and other goods have chambers 16, 17 below and above the stove in communication with an external air heater and fan 14, which circulates air through the stove from one chamber to the other, whence it returns through an external pipe 15. Some fresh air is sucked in by the fan, and a valve-controlled opening 19 allows escape of some air to atmosphere. The goods are carried on a rotatable structure 10 with shelves 11, as described in Specification 493,852, which is referred to.
