511,328. Sectional boilers. TRIGGS, W. W. (Cooney Refrigeration Co., Inc.). Aug. 27, 1938, No. 25230. [Class 123 (ii)] A transverse boiler section is formed in three parts, a lower part forming the side walls 11, 12 of the combustion chamber, a horizontal part 13 extending across the top of the combustion chamber and provided with flue passages 21, 22, and an upper part 10 having flues 59 between the water spaces and connected to the horizontal part by a vertical restricted water passage 23 providing the only communication between the two parts. The flues 59 extend around a Y-shaped water space 27 and open into a horizontal flue passage 25.
