507,907. Floats. ONORI, R. Dec. 17; 1937, No. 35033. Convention date, Dec. 17, 1936. [Class 113 (ii)] A loading float has two hulls A<1>, B<1> connected by a linkage A, B, C, D at one end. The links are connected to the hulls by pivots 3, 4, 5 and 6 and are moved to and from the folded position by a piston and cylinder device 15, 16. The vessel to be loaded is placed between the hulls and protected by fenders 1. This vessel may also be gripped by electromagnets or by hydraulic pistons.
