[Class 108 (ii)] [Also. in Group XXXI] The rear ends of a pair of longitudinal frame tubes A of a pedestrian-controlled motor goods vehicle enter sockets r in fittings R supported on a transverse spring S. Brackets U carried by the rear wheel stub axles u connect each end of the spring S with a parallel spring S<1>. A stanchion T joins the centres of the springs, and longitudinal stays u<1> connect the lower spring with the frame tubes. A pair of links may replace the lower spring S<1>.
