Abstract
479,116. Heating air. REUTSZ, J. B. VAN. May 27, 1936, No. 14979. [Class 64 (i)] Apparatus for warming air &c. for supplying to a drying-apparatus as described in Specification 143,074, [Class 34 (ii)], comprises one or more furnaces A, A<1> the gases from which pass through a chamber B into pipes F discharging into a chimney H. The chamber B is fitted with air pipes C, D, the pipes C leading from a chamber G heated by the pipes F while the pipes D lead from the atmosphere. Both pipes C and D discharge into a common chamber K whence they pass, by suction, to the drying- apparatus, the supply being controlled by a valve.
