472,332. Butter churns. BERGEDORFER EISENWERK AKT.-GES. ASTRAWERKE. April 1, 1936, Nos. 9707 and 9708. Convention dates, April 3, 1935 and April 4, 1935. [Class 86] A rotary butter churn is driven by means of a stub axle 11, Fig. 1 having radial arms 14 which are connected to a flexible member consisting of laminated rings 16 connected, at points between the arms 14, to a flange 12 on the wooden body of the churn. The roller shafts 19, Fig. 3 passes with a clearance through the churn wall 13 and is carried in an outside bearing 21, a tight joint being effected by a disc 23 fitting the shaft closely and pressed into contact with a disc 22 on the wall by a spring 24.
