Abstract

A dielectric comprises titanium dioxide which has been subjected to at least two heat treatments at a temperature of approximately 1350 DEG C. The product is mixed, in some instances, with resinous material such as the alkyd resin or synthetic rubbers or plasticized vinyl chloride. Specifications 262,473, [Class 38 (ii)], 365,140, 445,495, and 453,707 are referred to.
