470,214. Spectacle frames. AMERICAN OPTICAL CO. Aug. 6, 1936, No. 21728. Convention date, Sept. 9, 1935. [Class 97 (i)] A bridge comprises two portions 1, 10, the portion 1 having downwardly-extending ends 3 attached at 4 to the lens rim 5, and the portion 10, attached to the rear of the portion 1, having upwardly-extending ends 11 attached at 12 to the rear of the lens rim. The centre of the bridge is curved so as not to bear on the nose, and the ends 3 carry extensions 13 for nose-pads 14.
