The two tubes are adapted to accommodate polygonal stock, new lengths of which are adapted to be fed in alignment with stock already in the machine, hence the necessity for no relative rotation to take place between the feed and clamping tube, the sleeve g carrying the internal teeth may, however, be rotated to provide for preliminary adjustments.
