Abstract

467,750. Variable condensers. COLE, Ltd., E. K., and BRADFIELD, G. Feb. 17, 1936, No. 4713. [Class 37] A trimmer condenser has a layer 2 of mica &c. coated on one side over the greater part of its surface with a metallic deposit 3 and an electrode' A in close contact therewith. On the other side a metallic deposit 4 extends over part of the surface and a second electrode B is arranged to be permanently in contact with this part, an adjusting screw 1 regulating the position of the remainder of electrode B. The metal deposit may be of silver. Specification 436,808, [Group XL], is referred to in the Provisional Specification.
