[Class 37] Disc-form condensers have the ceramic dielectric 1 of non-uniform thickness substantially less at the edges than at the centre. Bosses 2 may be provided to facilitate the attachment of connection wires 4 to the metallic coatings 3. Adjustment of capacity is effected by grinding away or otherwise removing portions of the coatings.
