[Class 20 (ii)] [Also in Group XXV] A wall comprises bricks or blocks a formed with aligned grooves b in which a cable or pipe h is laid, the cable or pipe being secured by clips, preferably formed of strip metal, having a tail portion d which is cemented in a dowel hole c in the brick, and end portions e, f which encircle the cable or pipe. The end portion f, which is preferably longer than the portion e, may be forced between the wall of the groove and the cable or pipe so that its extremity g bites into the wall of the groove and prevents the end portions of the clip from springing open. The grooves b may be finally filled with cement.
