462,882. Valve generating circuits. LORENZ AKT.-CES., C. July 10, 1936, No. 19160. Convention date, July 11, 1935. [Class 40 (v)] In a condenser relaxation circuit for producing saw-tooth voltage, the tube L constituting the charging-resistance for the condenser C is blocked during the discharge period. The discharge circuit comprises a tube R and a series resistance W, the latter lying in the grid circuit of the charging-tube L. During the discharge of the condenser C the current flowing through the resistance R throws the grid of the tube L negative and blocks the charging current. This prevents a rounding off of the lower corners of the saw-teeth representing the generated voltage. The tube L may have further grids.
