459,274. Valves. SOC. ANON. A. SAURER, Arbon, Switzerland. July 10, 1936, No. 19144. Convention date, July 18, 1935. [Class 7 (vi)] In an engine having two inlet valves 2 and two exhaust valves 3, a single spring 5 acts on all four valves through a rocker 8, the ends of which are formed with pivots 9 on which are mounted carriers 10 connected to the valve stems through spherical seating members 13. The spring bears on the rocker 8 through a ball 7.
