Abstract

459,264. Anodic coating of aluminium and its alloys. SCHERING - KAHLBAUM AKT.-GES., 170, Mullerstrasse, Berlin. April 27, 1936, No. 11967. Convention date, Oct. 14, 1935. Addition to 459,263. [Class 41] Baths comprising acid solutions of pertungstic or permolybdic acid with an addition of phosphoric acid or a phosphate are employed. The amount of phosphoric acid may be <1>/10 to <1>/20 the equivalent of the peracid. An organic polybasic acid such as citric acid may also be present.
