456,380. Valve bags. PUKLI, V., and MILISICH, M. J., 8, Maruliceva ul., Split, Yugoslavia. July 2, 1935, No. 18874. Convention date, July 2, 1934. [Class 94 (ii)] A valve bag is formed from a tube of the section shown in Fig. 3, a corner being folded inwardly about a line 5, Fig. 4, the longitudinal folds 2, 3 and 4 giving rise to duplicated portions 21, 31 and 41 of the valve. The other corners are folded in as in Fig. 6, the longitudinal fold 2 giving rise to the fold 2<11>. The top and bottom of the bag tube are then closed by strips 9, 12 of M-section sewn at 10, the edge 211 being slit at the top of the bag only, to allow of the passage of the middle folded edge of the M-shaped strip.
