454,418. Vapour burners. AKTIEBOLAGET M. SIEVERT, 26, Regeringsgatan, Stockholm. April 22, 1936, No. 11490. Convention date, April 24, 1935. [Class 75 (i)] The spirit trough 10 for preheating a vapour burner is filled by pouring spirit into a cup 17 arranged at a slightly higher level. When the requisite quantity of spirit has been supplied it syphons through a tube 22 into the trough 10. The cup 17 may be pivotally mounted in a bracket 42 which can be slid inwards on a bar 19 after the burner is in operation so that the cup is beneath the top of the stove, the tube 22 being guided by openings 23 in bent portions of the plates 11 supporting the spirit trough 10. The main fuel container 6 is put under pressure by applying the nozzle of an air pump to a nipple 13 on a tube 12. The air pump, when not in use, is clipped to the side of the stove.
