453,670. Trolly heads of electric vehicles. GODSMARK, H. C., 110, Luck Lane, Huddersfield. Aug. 6, 1935, No. 22149. [Class 104 (iii)] The trolly wheel is elastically mounted on the forked end of the trolly head a, as by pairs of springs e, e<1> in housings h engaging the sliding bearings b of the wheel axle c. The ends of the axle are formed with flats c<2> slidable in slots h<1> in the housings, and the ends of the bearings are rounded at b<@3> to permit limited rocking of the wheel. The current is carried from the wheel to the trolly head by plates g pressed by springs against the bosses d<1>, d<2> of the wheel and carrying contacts g<2> engaging the trolly head.
