Oct. 10, 1930, No. 30396. Convention date, Oct. 18, 1929. [Class 104 (iii).] An elastic current collector of the pantograph type comprises two contact shoes 1, 2, in tandem, each carried by a vertical link 8 connected to the pantograph head 3 by means of a pair of pivoted parallel links 6, 7 and forced towards the trolley wire by a diagonal spring 9. The shoes may consist of carbon blocks.
