451,550. Insoles for boots &c. LEE & SONS, Ltd., E., and LEE, A., Grosvenor Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire. Oct. 8, 1935, No. 27762. [Class 17 (ii)] A pad a of spongy rubber or the like is secured in an aperture in an insole with its outer surface projecting beyond the outer surface of the insole to afford a cushioning effect and to serve as a bottom filler by splitting the. insole into two parts b, c and cutting away a portion of the flesh part c. The pad a is forced into the aperture after the two parts b, c have been stuck together, and may be secured in any desired manner. Specification 385, 751 is referred to.
