Abstract

447,117. Valve amplifying circuits. RUDKIN, E. P., 145, Harlaxton Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire. Nov. 7, 1934, No. 31941. [Class 40 (v)] A reaction arrangement comprises a connection from an auxiliary grid through phaseadjusting means to the input circuit to inject current at a phase externally intermediate between the phase of the input signal and that of the current fed back through the valve inter-electrode capacities. The Figure shows a high-frequency amplifier in which feed-back is taken from the screen-grid S through phase adjusting condensers C1, C8. A differential condenser D may be provided to adjust the selectivity.
