[Class 108 (i)] In road vehicles having a fixed top and two doors at each side the doors 1, 2 are hinged on the same vertical axis and no part of the body or doors project upwardly of the waistline to encroach on the side opening a. The side opening a is adapted to be closed, when desired, by door windows which are guided vertically by guides 3, 4 which are pivoted to the top of the doors and are foldable down thereon. Packing strips, which may be carried by the upper and front and rear sides b, c of the opening a or by the door window themselves, are provided for sealing the windows when raised.
