Abstract

440,013. Filters. ANDALE CO., 1600, Arch Street, Philadelphia, U.S.A.-(Assignees of McNeal, D. R.) April 18, 1935, No. 12015. Convention date, April 20, 1934. [Class 46] Joint is made between a strainer wheel 18 of the type described in Specification 428,210 and its casing 9 by means of a ring 26 fixed to and projecting from the rim 19 of the wheel and engaging a ring 25 fixed to the casing. The rings have flat contacting surfaces and one of them is of rubber or other yielding material. The ring 26, as shown, has flanges 27 and is fixed to the rim 19 by a flanged ring 28 and bolts.
