Addition to 392,456. [Class 40 (v)] Two differently modulated carrier waves of different frequency are received in a circuit 1, 2, having two maxima in its frequencyresponse characteristic, and the frequencies in the neighbourhoods of the two maxima are used separately. The circuit 1, 2 is a band-pass filter in the input of a first detector 3, which co-operates with a local oscillator 10. Two separate intermediate-frequency amplifiers 14, 16 are used for the two sets of signals.
