[Class 83 (iv)] Skew-rolling.-In a machine for straightening rods and pipes by skew-rolling of the kind described in the parent Specification, the primary rolls 7, 8 are adjustable in the line of feed. Each primary roll is carried in a yoke 19 angularly adjustable in a carrier 21 mounted for adjustment by a screw 42 in ways 22. The drive from the electromotor 24 to the primary rolls includes a long gear to allow of the adjust. ment. The secondary rolls 9 are mounted for longitudinal, angular and transverse adjustment. Specification 334,912, [Class 83 (iv)], is referred to.
