431,321. Projection &c. lamps. NAAMLOOZE VENNOOTSCHAP PHILIPS' GLOEILAMPENFABRIEKEN, Emmasingel, Eindhoven, Holland. Jan. 28, 1935, No. 2757. Convention date, Feb. 8, 1934. [Class 75 (iv)] In a projection or like lamp comprising two gasfilled electric discharge tubes, optical means are provided between the tubes for projecting the light from the first tube on to the second tube. Similar means may be provided between the second tube and a third tube, and so on. In the form shown, a lens 3 is arranged between two substantially spherical discharge tubes 1, 2 containing mercury vapour and argon, the tube 1 being disposed at the centre of a hemispherical reflector 4.
