426,382. Non - refillable bottles. GREENE, E., 29, Laurel Place, Upper Montclair, New Jersey, U.S.A. Sept. 23, 1933, No. 19016/34. Divided out of 426,130. [Class 125 (i)] A stopper for a non- refillable bottle comprises a casing 1 for valve mechanism having a flange 3, and a cover 6 which is secured to the casing 1 by a gasket 12. The cover may be provided with lugs 11 which extend into the casing with a press fit. A skirt 61 depends from the cover and is spun under the bead on the bottle neck. The valve includes a valve disc 14 and a weight member 15. The weight is guided by a guard 16 when the bottle is inverted.
