[Class 8 (ii)] [See also Groups XIII and XXXV] The air in an enclosed dynamo - electric machine is cooled and filtered by circulation through a duct 32 separated from an outer duct 33 through which cooling fluid is circulated by a cylindrical shell to which corrugated sheets of wire gauze &c., are secured, the sheet in the air duct being coated with oil to trap dust from the air.
