421,521. Cathode-ray tubes. RADIOAKT.-GES: D. S. LOEWE, 10, Wiesenweg, Steglitz, and SCHLESINGER, K., 39, Friedrichstrasse, Friedrichshagen, both in Berlin. April 18, 1933, No. 29439 /34. Convention date, April 22, 1932. Divided out of 419,727, under which a Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Oct. 23, 1933, and addition to 420,667. [Class 39 (i)] In the cathode-ray tube described in the parent Specification, the aperture reproduced on the picture screen is non-circular, for example, is shaped as a square, rectangle, rhombus or triangle, and has a small dimension of À1-1 mm. through the centre of the aperture transversely to the ray. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also the reproduction on the screen of a square, &c., emissive cathode surface, and includes a drawing of the tube having a control electrode between the cathode and the aperture reproduced on the screen. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
