Dec. 23, 1932, No. 19118/34. Divided out of 416,845. [Class 75 (iv).] In an aircraft or like navigation lamp in which light from an electric lamp bulb h shines through red and green colour screens l, the bulb is carried in a holder g on a mount so arranged in or on the base a of the lamp that the bulb holder and mount can be removed from the lamp as a unit through the base without dismantling the colour screens and other parts. The holder g is carried by an insulating cap f which is secured to the lower end of a collar e by means of two diametrically opposite grub screws f<1> so that the bulb can only be mounted in either of two positions. The collar e projects below and into the lamp and its internal diameter is greater than the outside diameter of the bulb h so that the latter may be removed from the lamp by releasing the screws f<1>. The other parts of the lamp may be constructed in the manner described in Specification 416,845.
