April 24, 1933, No. 19117/34. Divided on 414,195. [Classes 5 (ii) and 6 (ii).] A bird-bath, bird table, flower and shrub box, garden ornament or the like, comprises a reinforced-concrete base or foundation and a facing of broken tiles other than hand-made sandfaced tiles. The edges of the structure may be faced with slate, tiles or bricks. The birdbath shown is faced with broken tiles f the top and base having edge facings of bricks. The Provisional Specification refers to structures faced with slate or bricks. Specification 414,195 is referred to.
