414,195. Bird-baths, garden ornaments, flower pots, &c. THORNTON, H., Shirley, Leatherhead Road, Ashtead, and THORNTON & CO. (LEATHERHEAD), Ltd., H., Railway Approach, Leatherhead, both in Surrey. April 24, 1933, No. 11960. [Classes 5 (ii) and 6 (ii).] A bird-bath, bird table, flower and shrub box, garden ornament or the like, comprises a reinforced-concrete base or foundation and a facing of hand-made sand-faced tiles. The edges of the structure may be faced with slate, tiles or bricks. The birdbath shown is faced with hand-made sand-faced tiles f, the top and base having edge facings of bricks. The Provisional Specification refers to structures faced with slate or bricks. Specification 414,335 is referred to.
