411,699. Mixing solid materials. BENNET, R., Mere Heath House, Davenham, Cheshire. July 15, 1933, No. 20048. [Class 86.] Solid materials are mixed by being projected centrifugally in streams which meet in falling. In the form shown the materials are fed down shoots into concentric chambers 10, 11, 12 mounted on a rotary shaft 2, the bottoms of the chambers being formed by adjustable dished members 13, 14, 15. The mixed material is swept out of an outer container 1 by a blade 28. In a modification, the chambers 10, 11, 12 are stationary and are vertically adjustable, the dished members being mounted on the shaft.
