410,982. Floors ; roofs ; walls ; reinforced-concrete beams. HINDHEDE, K., 18, Rosenorns AllÚ, Copenhagen. June 21, 1933, Nos. 17651 and 17652. Convention dates, June 21, 1932 and Oct. 26, 1932. [Class 20 (iv).] Floors, roofs, walls, and the like are constructed from reinforced-concrete beams of I-cross-section arranged side by side, and such beams are formed with the web 1 in the form of a lattice girder and the upper and lower flanges 2, 3 so shaped as to interengage with corresponding flanges of adjacent beams as shown in Fig. 2. Where an opening is provided in a floor, certain of the beams K are shortened and provided with end projections 7, Fig. 3, which are adapted to enter recesses in transverse beams V bordering the opening. The transverse beams V are rabbeted at 11, 12, Fig. 5, and provided with triangular-shaped projections 9 at the ends for fitting into the adjacent main beams H. The transverse beams V may be formed with a latticed web.
