Void [Abridged as open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Aug. 15, 1932]. [Classes 38 (ii) and 38 (iv).] Discharge lamps 5 in parallel are connected with the secondary of a Tesla coil 3, the primary of which is energized from a source of current through an interrupter, for example an induction coil 2. The ratio of the turns of the primary to the secondary of the Tesla coil is 1 : 4, the primary consisting of a single layer of four wires in parallel, and the secondary being wound over it in several layers.
