Abstract
410,303. Rind cutters. ARMISTEAD, A., c/o Bale Engineering Co., Stafford Street, Hunslet, Leeds. March 27, 1933, No. 9127. [Class 30.] A device for cutting the rind off slices of bacon and the like comprises a cutting blade 1 mounted across a gap or slot 4 in a holder 2 with a guide 3 for determining the width of the strip of rind. The holder 2 may be adapted to rest on the edge of a table. The guide 3 is pivoted about the screw 5, which also secures the cutting blade, and can be turned out of position if desired.
