Abstract
A modification of the alloy steel described in the parent Specification has a content of 0,-10 per cent of molybdenum or vanadium, or 0,-20 per cent of copper. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 describes a steel containing 5-40 per cent of nickel, 1-20 per cent of aluminium, and less than 20 per cent of copper or less than 10 per cent of molybdenum or vanadium; up to 1,5 per cent of carbon may also be present. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
