Abstract

A modification of the alloy steel described in the parent Specification has a cobalt content of 0,5-40 per cent. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 describes a steel containing 5-40 per cent of nickel, 1-20 per cent of aluminium, and 0,5-40 per cent of cobalt, with or without less than 1,5 per cent of carbon. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
